With over 30 years of development and real estate experience, Russ Broderick leads and oversees the strategic development and implementation of multifamily housing, including LIHTC, conventional, and student housing, along with public-private partnership (P3) operations, while managing a team of asset management professionals working across the US.

Rikki Pollack

Rikki Pollack brings over 25 years of experience managing affordable, market-rate, and student housing to Eastaway. Rikki is responsible for the operational management of Eastaway properties, including ensuring that property managers and maintenance meet budgetary and financial goals. Rikki holds the premier designation for Low Income Housing Tax Credit professionals (HCCP).

Shannon brings over 24 years of experience and supervises on-site and corporate managers in developing asset budgeting, preparing and administering operations manuals, quality control, and resident communication activities. Shannon's professional trainings and affiliations include COS (Certified Specialist by NCHM), HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional by NAHB), and SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management by NAHMA).
