With a portfolio of 4,575 LIHTC units from a total of 7,944 units under management, Eastaway Property Management is experienced in managing federal housing programs, including Section 8 Tenant-Based and Project-Based Assistance, Section 202 and 811Programs, Section 42 LIHTC, Section 236, Section 221 (d)(4), Section 221 (d)(3) BMIR,HOME - Program, Rental Assistance Demonstration Project-based voucher programs(RAD).
